Active Pickup Monitoring
Two lateral safety laser scanner, which can be optionally installed on the lifting carriage, monitor the space between the rear panel of the vehicle and the load carrier during station entering.
The Active Pickup Monitoring can be used for floor stations, block storage, elevated storage and racks.
With load carriers < 1200 mm, complete monitoring of the space between the vehicle and the load carrier by the Active Pickup Monitoring is not guaranteed.
Example: Pick-up from station
The horizontal safety laser scanner checks once whether there is an object under the load. (see 1.1 in the picture above) If no objects are detected, the Active Pickup Monitoring is activated. The horizontal safety laser scanner remains active. (see 1.2) Then the lifting equipment is lowered and the horizontal safety laser scanner is limited. (see 1.3) During the station entry, the Active Pickup Monitoring remains active. (see 1.4)
