1. Dual Quick Changer

Dual Quick Changer, you need faster timing?

– The Dual Quick Changer enables you to use our end-of-arm tools together in a single cycle.

Need two gripers to handle your products?

– Quickly and seamlessly switch between our tools to maximize the utilization of your robots with the Dual Quick Changer.

 

2. Quick Changer – Robot Side

Toolside Quick Changer is always integrated on the OnRobot tool, but you will need the Robot Side Quick Changer if you are not using the Dual Quick Changer or a HEX.

This lets you change gripper in seconds, and all OnRobot grippers use the same software. You never need to restart robot – just change!

 

3. Quick Changer – Tool Side

This is the Quick Changer that can be mounted on the tool.

 

4. Tool Flange Connection Cable

Cable bwtween the Quick Changer Robot Side and the Universal Robots Tool I/O. Can be used with all ordinary 2-finger gripers and VG.

 

5. Robot Kit

This Kit contains Compute Box, Cables, USB stick, power supply, I/O wires, terminals and straps.

If you want to use dual set up of grippers you will need this to not burn the circuits in robot tool I/O, also needed if you use RG2 FT, VGP20 and 2FGP20.

Aswell if you want more power in 2FG7.
