General
Each service offering is cobot-specific and linked to the serial number, and the end-user must identify the cobots covered upon registration of the purchase of the UR Care Service(s) in the myUR Customer Portal. Universal Robots warrants that the Services are provided in good professional quality and in accordance with the generally recognized rules of technology, the generally accepted professional standards valid at the time of performance of the Services, the provisions of this Agreement and the applicable statutory provisions.
*Prices might increase with cobot age beyond 3 years lifetime.
*Auto renewal price after initial contract term is +10%.
*+5% price escalator is applied to Year 2, Year 3 to account for inflation and asset aging.
*End-user to pay yearly upfront; yearly value to be paid at the start of contract every year.
