On-site support will be at your location within next or 2 business days, after you have issued a service case in myUR, dependent upon which contract you have chosen.

Basic
Automatic cloud backup of robot data and programs, with revision management to easily track changes and roll back if necessary.
Advanced
Basic plus suite of tools that help you recover from stoppages as fast as possible and manage your productivity, including remote support, stop alerts, remote updates, cloud programming, MES integration, and productivity tracking.

 

On-site Preventive maintenance
Preventative maintenance checks and fine-tuning on-site.

 

Value-Adding training
Receive a 10% discount when booking a seat in UR Academy at one of 130+ training centers or for Virtual Simulator-based trainings.

 

Loaner cobot

Optional loaner cobot during the time of repair of the installed cobot.

UR Care Plus gives 10% discount on spare parts and consumables.
UR Care Premium includes spare parts and consumables.

 

General
Each service offering is cobot-specific and linked to the serial number, and the end-user must identify the cobots covered upon registration of the purchase of the UR Care Service(s) in the myUR Customer Portal. Universal Robots warrants that the Services are provided in good professional quality and in accordance with the generally recognized rules of technology, the generally accepted professional standards valid at the time of performance of the Services, the provisions of this Agreement and the applicable statutory provisions.

*Prices might increase with cobot age beyond 3 years lifetime.
*Auto renewal price after initial contract term is +10%.
*+5% price escalator is applied to Year 2, Year 3 to account for inflation and asset aging.
*End-user to pay yearly upfront; yearly value to be paid at the start of contract every year.
