2FGP20 Fork – Intelligent electric fork palletizing gripper

The new 2FGP20 Fork is an electric fork palletizing gripper for boxes up to 16 kg that require bottom support, such as open boxes, display boxes, boxes with loose lids, or other low-rigidity packaging that cannot be gripped from the top with vacuum or clamped from the sides. It extends OnRobot’s palletizing portfolio with a standard, out-of-the-box solution for a segment currently served mainly by custom-built grippers.
The gripper offers a wide gripping range, adjustable stroke and clamping force, and intelligent grip detection, combined with integrated vacuum for slip sheet handling. Integrated software, a singlecable connection, and a standard tool mounting interface make it easy to deploy across any robot brand, with no custom engineering required.
