THE VERSATILE COMPANION

This is the upgraded ONE version without scissor lift. The AGILOX OFL expands your ability to automate the material flow. As a nimble, omnidirectional, free-lift AMR, it moves pallets and custom load carriers weighing up to 800 kg to elevated stations up to 1.2 meters high. Thanks to its intelligent navigation capabilities, it safely operates in dynamic environments and autonomously manages complex material flow processes.

 

Racking & Stacking

Elevated stations? A task that the AGILOX OFL handles with ease. This scissor-free AMR serves stations up to a maximum height of 1.2 meters. Whether it is supplying conveyor systems, storing on the first shelf level, or stacking load carriers – the AGILOX OFL efficiently completes these tasks without requiring infrastructure modifications.

 

Maximum Safety

AGILOX Autonomous Mobile Robots detect obstacles in real time and respond immediately. Thanks to an optimized scanner and sensor design, the AGILOX OFL ensures an enhanced seamless 360° safety zone. Additionally, the AGILOX OFL is equipped with a new generation of obstacle avoidance technology, further expanding the observed area.

 

Easy Interaction

The AGILOX OFL is designed for ease of use, featuring an integrated display that provides shop floor personnel with a clear status overview and simple interaction possibilities. A sophisticated access management logic allows you to customize which functions are accessible on the display.

 

X-Swarm Technology

All AGILOX AMRs communicate and exchange information about their position and status. The AMRs use X-SWARM technology to dynamically decide which vehicle takes on which task. This solution enables communication and interaction between the AMRs for swarm intelligence. If one robot fails, the others take over to maintain the flow of goods. The AMRs recognize obstacles autonomously and take evasive action to ensure an uninterrupted material flow supply.
