Triflex Dresspack

IGUS Dresspack for Universal Robots is a customized protection and cable management system for cables and hoses on the robot. It is based on igus’ three-dimensional energy chain, Triflex R.

The system’s main features and benefits:

• Safe cable routing during 3D movements: The chain protects cables from tension, wear and twisting as the robot arm’s six axes move in all directions.
• Gentle and fast installation: Easily installed directly onto the UR robot using special plastic or Velcro clamps (Cobot Clamps), minimizing the risk of scratches while keeping both weight and interference contours to a minimum.
• Modular and adaptable: Triflex TRE allows cables to be quickly inserted from the side without having to remove connectors.

Fibre rod:

No loose loops: The system can be combined with compact retraction systems that mechanically pull the chain back, preventing it from getting caught on surrounding equipment.
