The EXP15 AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle) takes a standard Pallet Truck to the next level with the addition of EP Equipment’s automatic drive function.
It is an Electric Pallet Truck + Automatic Driving Pallet Truck hybrid, offering automatic A-to-B pallet transportation in a straightforward, do-it-yourself package. The big difference between EXP15 and XP15 is that in EXP15 you can only save one mission, XP15 can save up to 99 different missions.
Pick up a pallet like a standard pallet truck and simply push a button to automatically transport pallets in your operation. The EXP drives automatically in a circuit, drops off pallets and returns empty ready for its next round. Simple set up with just a few buttons – This is not an autonomous pallet truck, this is an automatic pallet truck.
The EXP15 uses an in-house developed 2D visual navigation technology. It navigates by the stars: The AGV finds its navigation points on the roof. Once it runs, it runs, since the roof does not change and is always free of obstacles. With absolute precise positioning, the robot always knows its position and can find the way back.
The navigation system is the key to the simple use and price level. This is a leapfrog technology that allows a new style of set up and usage. Additional benefit of navigation by the roof is that the view is free of obstacles.
The base of the EXP15 is a manually operated electric pallet truck. In addition, the truck drives automated tasks. Let the CoBot cover A-B transportation, free the stuff from repetitive tasks, and allow them to focus on more skilled and value-added tasks.
The CoBot can drive on rough floors, operate outdoor, navigate narrow aisles, pick up closed pallets, negotiate slopes and pass doorways. It can also be used as a normal pallet truck when needed. Just take the truck, pick up or drop off the pallet and with the push of a button, it will continue the automation task. You can be running within a day!

Keypad, 5 Buttons
Straight out of the box the EXP15 is operational and functional. With 5 buttons you teach the truck a task (Run, Start, End, Cross, Park, Drop). Press the run button, and the pallet truck gets to work. It operates just like a regular pallet truck but with added convenience. With the push of a button, it can drive a loop, deliver a pallet, and return empty—all on its own. This allows warehouse workers to manage multiple trucks at the same time, significantly boosting productivity.
2D visual navigation
