XP15 AGV – Pallet mover across factory and warehouse 1,5T
The XP15 AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle) from EP Equipment is a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline and enhance warehouse operations. With a focus on simplicity and versatility, the XP15 offers easy installation, intuitive navigation, and straightforward programming.
What sets it apart is the ability to switch between autonomous and manual modes, allowing operators to use it as a conventional pallet truck when needed. This flexibility makes it an ideal assistant in repetitive tasks and improving efficiency and utilisation of human resource.
The XP15 exemplifies EP’s commitment to innovation and practical, user-friendly design in the automation sector.
The XP15 uses an in-house developed 2D visual navigation technology. It navigates by the stars: The AGV finds its navigation points on the roof. Once it runs, it runs, since the roof does not change and is always free of obstacles. With absolute precise positioning, the robot always knows its position and can find the way back.
The navigation system is the key to the simple use and price level. This is a leapfrog technology that allows a new style of set up and usage. Additional benefit of navigation by the roof is that the view is free of obstacles.
The base of the XP15 is a manually operated electric pallet truck. In addition, the truck drives automated tasks. Let the CoBot cover A-B-A transportation, free the stuff from repetitive tasks, and allow them to focus on more skilled and value-added tasks.
The CoBot can drive on rough floors, operate outdoor, navigate narrow aisles, pick up closed pallets, negotiate slopes and pass doorways. It can also be used as a normal pallet truck when needed. Just take the truck, pick up or drop off the pallet and with the push of a button, it will continue the automation task. You can be running within a day!
- Standalone, no WMS or network connection, no infrastructure needed.
- Easy learning with the intuitive app.
- Easy change or expansion of routes.
- Quick implementation in 1 day. This CoBot is a product, not a project.
Your best co-worker
You can operate the XP15 as an autonomous mobile robot and an electric pallet truck. Switch between manual and automatic operation by the push of a button.
Stand alone installation
The XP15 is easy to set up for various applications without IT knowledge or specialized hardware and software.
Flexible to change tasks
The XP15 offers route settings and transportation task monitoring via bluetooth and you can add new routes and stations quickly on your phone or on the keypad.
Plug-in battery design
The XP15 features plug-in battery design and adopts EP’s standard battery box with 24V/60Ah Li-ion battery. This maximizes uptime and provides high availability and flexibility.
Maximum personal safety protection
The XP15 is equipped with Bumper strips and Lidar detectors that prevent the truck from collision.
Keypad option for greater operation convenience
The XP15 offers an optional keypad and it can be directly connected to the truck. After binding all tasks to the keypad, the operator can quickly start the truck, deliver transportation tasks and easily switch between different tasks on the go. This user-friendly keypad can replace the phone, increasing convenience on a daily basis.
2D visual navigation
