SP7 Smart Panel for g-Series

SP7 brings programming to the point of work, letting operators engage PolyScope X Smart Skills and teach directly at the tool. Its removable design protects the panel in welding, machining, or other high-exposure environments.

3 configurable buttons
Program directly at the robot via the Smart Panel and PolyScope X Teach Mode, reducing back-and-forth between pendant and workpiece. Integration with PolyScope X Smart Skills accelerates program creation and iteration.

Integrated 2PE freedrive button
Compliant, two-hand hand-guiding via an integrated 2PE freedrive button. ISO 10218-1:2025 compliant safety design supports safe interaction at the tool without additional hardware.

Detachable, multi-robot panel design
Removable panel protects against dirty, wet, or high-exposure environments (e.g., welding, machining) after teaching. A single panel can be used across multiple robots to improve utilization.

Configurable LEDs for operator indication: Lights can be linked to program outputs to inform operators.

Open APIs for third party interfaces: Custom application specific configurations with UR+.
